Email us with your order number and a line about how it fished. No forms, no photos needed.

Get refunded
We approve it and send the money back to your original payment method. Keep the bottle.
The details
- The window is 30 days from the delivery date of your order.
- No return shipment is required — do not pay postage to send a used bottle back.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Multi-bottle orders can be refunded in full, and a free logo-edition cap earned with a bundle is yours to keep.
- Shipping paid on a single-bottle order is refunded along with the item.
Start a refund
Send us your order number and we will take it from there. If a refund has not landed within seven business days of approval, check with your bank first, then come back to us and we will chase it.
