Orders ship within 48 hours. We ship Monday through Friday and do not ship on weekends or US holidays, so an order placed late on a Friday or over a holiday goes out on the next business day.
Delivery time depends on how far you are from Carlsbad, California. Your tracking link shows the carrier's estimate as soon as the order ships. If you are unsure about the timing for your order, get in touch and we will confirm it.
The 30-Day Guarantee
Fish it properly. If it does not earn its place in your tackle bag, we refund you — and you do not have to send anything back. A half-used bottle is not worth the postage to either of us.
- Tell us within 30 days of delivery — a short note about how it fished is all we need.
- No return shipment. Do not pay to send a used bottle back; keep it or pass it to a buddy.
- Your refund goes back to the original payment method once approved.
- Bundle orders can be refunded in full, and the logo-edition cap is yours to keep.
Damaged or leaking on arrival
Send us a photo of the bottle and the box and we will put it right. Do not throw the packaging away until we have had a look.
